Michael Nash

Michael R. 'Mike' Nash is president of Akabis, Inc. Mike has 35 years of experience as a senior executive in the telecom industry including nine years as a senior vice president with CT Communications and 20 years in management positions with BellSouth.

Mike is a registered engineer in North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Throughout his work history he has been involved with the strategic mission of companies at both an executive and board level. He also has extensive experience with P&L performance, operations, product development, sales and service delivery, customer care and long-term business planning.

Mike is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of industrial engineering degree. He received a master of business administration in finance from Georgia State University. He has been active in various industry, community and charitable organizations including the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) and the Economic Development Board of Cabarrus County.
